Forever K Design operates this store and website (foreverkdesign.com), including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Forever K Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

Forever K Design is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Forever K Design. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your transactions with Forever K Design.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and applicable federal laws. You and Forever K Design consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in Florida state and federal courts.
